Accessing Accounts


 
  1. Log into OfficeClip.
  2. Click Contact Manager on the toolbar.
    Then click Accounts on the left menu within Contact Manager.


  3. To access an account, click the detail icon to the left of the account in the Account List screen.


  4. The Account List screen displays your group accounts. From this screen, you can search for an account or create filters to display results according to the selected filter criteria. To sort the accounts by a particular field, click the header name (i.e., Last Name). Clicking the same header toggles the results between ascending and descending order.
  5. The detail screen offers to include all "Children". If these have been enabled, click All, which will include: Events, Documents, History, Email, Notes, Contacts, Issues, Tasks, and Opportunities. You may also choose to show only certain children, such as only Notes in the detail screen.

    Please Note:To enable all children in Accounts, first go to Admin on the button bar within Accounts. Click Edit Children.


  6. In this way, the user can choose as little or as much detail to be shown with an account.
