Accessing Contacts


 
  1. Log into OfficeClip.
  2. Click Contact Manager on the toolbar.
    Then click Contacts on the left menu within Contact Manager.


  3. To access a contact, click the detail icon to the left of the contact in the Contact List screen.


  4. The detail screen offers to include all "Children". If these have been enabled, click All, which will include: Events, Documents, History, Email, Notes, Campaigns, Issues and Tasks.
  5. You may also choose to show only certain children, such as only Notes in the detail screen.

    Please Note:To enable all children in Contact Manager, first go to Admin on the button bar within Contacts. Click Edit Children, or alternatively click "Activate Children" at the top of the detail screen.


  6. In this way, the user can choose as little or as much detail to be shown with an account.
