Import/Export

The Import/Export feature allows contacts to be exported into the comma-separated values
(CSV) format. This CSV file can be imported into programs such as MS Excel®, MS
Access®, or MS Outlook®. It also allows contacts to be imported into the
OfficeClip Contact Manager from a CSV file.

Export

Click Contact Manager on the toolbar. To import or export CRM data, click Import/Export on the button bar
within the chosen application, may it be Opportunities, Accounts or Contacts.

Decide whether XML or CSV file format is more suitable and whether
to import/export all or only filtered data. Click the appropriate Export button.
A popup will appear promting you to save the file.

within the chosen application, may it be Opportunities, Accounts or Contacts.

Decide whether XML or CSV file format is more suitable.
Click the appropriate Import button.
A popup will appear promting you to save the file.

On the next screen, click Browse
to choose the file you wish to import.

Select the fields in the imported CSV file that map to the OfficeClip fields.

Click Ok. The contact import results will be displayed on the
next screen.
