About Calendar

Use the calendar to review group and personal events,
appointments, deadlines and other items posted by you or other
members. Group events can be viewed by all group members. Personal
events are marked with a red bullet and can only be seen by you.
You may choose to view events for a specific group, all groups, or
your own personal events, by specifying your choice in the Show
Events option above the Month and Year edit boxes.
To view a listing of all upcoming events for your selected group,
choose the button Upcoming Events.
To view a particular month, select the month and year in the edit
boxes. To view an adjacent month, choose the back or forward arrow
button adjacent to the Day/Week/Month/Year edit boxes. If
the calendar has been enlarged with numerous events, you may choose
the button Today on the right to bring today's schedule to
the top of the screen immediately.
To view details of an event, select the event title within the
calendar. If you are the creator of an event, you may choose to
modify or delete the event after selecting its title on the
calendar screen.
To post a group or personal event, select the New Event
button bar.
