Documents can be stored with applications such as Bulletin
Board, Time & Expenses, and the Calendar. These are managed by
OfficeClip's Document Management, but do not appear in the document
management folder structure. However, application documents can be
managed from a central location.
- Click Admin on the main Document screen. Click
Application Documents.

- The documents associated with each application appear under
each application name. If no documents are listed, users have not
attached documents in other applications, such as Contact
Manager.
- To remove a document, select the checkbox next to the document
name and click the Delete button.

- Click Cancel to return to the main Documents
view screen.
