Report - Tracking Time

Track Time reports show the time spent on each task. Given
below is the description of how to setup OfficeClip tasks for
tracking time.

- To track the time for a task, select the the task.

- Select the task to go the New Task screen.

- Click on Track Time to track the time of the new
task.

A window will pop up which will allow you to see any previous time
tracked and allow you to add a new item. Select Add New
Item.

- Enter the date, duration and any notes required.

- Click Save to save your time.Your new item
will show in the Track Time List.

- To add a new field to the list, click Admin on
the right within Track Time.

- Enter the new field data and select Save to
add the new field.

- The new field will show in the Track Time List. Click edit to
add data to the field for each contact.
