Report - Tracking Time


 
Track Time reports show the time spent on each task. Given below is the description of how to setup OfficeClip tasks for tracking time.

  1. To track the time for a task, select the the task.


  2. Select the task to go the New Task screen.



  3. Click on Track Time to track the time of the new task.



    A window will pop up which will allow you to see any previous time tracked and allow you to add a new item. Select Add New Item.


  4. Enter the date, duration and any notes required.

  5. Click Save to save your time.Your new item will show in the Track Time List.




  6. To add a new field to the list, click Admin on the right within Track Time.



  7. Enter the new field data and select Save to add the new field.



  8. The new field will show in the Track Time List. Click edit to add data to the field for each contact.
