Portlet Catalog


This assists portlet modifications in that it shows all previously removed portlets, so users can add them back.
 

  1. To view the portlet catalog, click Office Portal on the toolbar. Then click Home Page on the left menu within Office Portal.Click Portlet Catalog on the button bar.


  2. The next screen shows a view of the available portlets. To minimize the relevant portlet, click the minimize icon, which appears as . To delete it, click the delete icon, which appears as .


  3. To add a portlet back that has been recently minimized or deleted configure the portlet items on the leftside of the screen.


  4. Check the portlet item you wish to add back. From the dropdown box, choose whether to add it to the left or right side. Click Add to add the portlet item back. Click Cancel to exit the portlet without saving. catalog page.
