Migrating Documents

Follow these instructions to copy the OfficeClip directory. Note: Copying the OfficeClip document directory in a different machine(from where the server is installed) may result in a lot of network traffic when files are being accessed in OfficeClip. Please make sure that you made a backup copy of the upload folder in the OfficeClip installation before attempting to migrate it.

1. Copy the content of the folder c:\program files\officeclip\7\upload from the exiting system to the new folder (in most cases this is the same location in the new system).
2. If needed, change the location of the upload virtual folder in the IIS Manager
