Adding Expense Details, Comments & Attachments

You can add details for any day's expense entry by clicking on the Details
link beneath the expense entry field.

A window will pop up, allowing you to enter relevant details.

Click Save when finished.

Comments

You can add comments regarding your expense sheet in the field beneath the subtotal
of hours.

Comments will be visible to the person to whom you submit your timesheet.

Use this section to explain anything unusual about your timesheet to your
approver.

Attachments

You can add or edit saved attchments to your expense by clicking the Edit
Attachments link.

A new window will pop up.

Click Browse to find the documents you wish to attach, and
then click Upload.

Repeat this process if more than one document needs to be attached.

Click Finished to return to the expense.
-
Attached documents can be viewed by clicking one of the documents.
