Expense Currency

 
  1. From the Time & Expenses, click Expense on the left menu. Then, click Admin on the button bar. Click Currency on the button bar of the Admin menu.
  2. Admin must first set the default currency. Next, admin can modify and delete from their currencies and rates for the group. Enter rate with decimal point and cent values.



  3. To add a new currency, first select the currency from the dropdown box. Click Add. The new currency will appear at the bottom of your currency list. Insert the desired conversion rate, with decimal point. Click Save.



  4. The next screen will allow you to set up expense currency for each user member. Unless modified, the default currency will remain.Click Save to complete.
