Expense Fields

Configuring the Fields in Expenses allows admin to call field names whatever is best suited for their organization.

- From the Time & Expenses, click Expenses on the left menu.
Then, click Admin on the button bar. Click Edit Fields
on the button bar of the Admin menu.
- From here, admin can edit the field names as need be as follows:
- Account Alias: Account will be refered to by this name in all screens (e.g. Customer).
- Project Alias: Projects will be refered by this name in all screens (e.g. Jobs).
- When finished click Save and Continue to go to the next Admin screen. Alternativly,
click Save to save configuration and go back to the Expense List screen.
