Expense Fields


Configuring the Fields in Expenses allows admin to call field names whatever is best suited for their organization.
 
  1. From the Time & Expenses, click Expenses on the left menu. Then, click Admin on the button bar. Click Edit Fields on the button bar of the Admin menu.
  2. From here, admin can edit the field names as need be as follows:
    • Account Alias: Account will be refered to by this name in all screens (e.g. Customer).
    • Project Alias: Projects will be refered by this name in all screens (e.g. Jobs).


  3. When finished click Save and Continue to go to the next Admin screen. Alternativly, click Save to save configuration and go back to the Expense List screen.
