Timesheet Rates


Configuring the Rates in Timesheet allows admin to set per hour costs and billing rates.
 
  1. From the Time & Expenses, click Timesheet on the left menu. Then, click Admin on the button bar. Click Rates on the button bar of the Admin menu.
  2. From here, admin can set up the cost per hour and billing rate per hour for all the members in the group.


  3. The effective date is the date from when the rate will be effective. If the rate is not specified for a particular user, customer or date, it will be default to 0.0. All fields marked * are required.
  4. To submit and add more rates, click Save & Add More. When finished click Save and Continue to go to the next Admin screen. Alternativly, click Save to save configuration and go back to the Timesheet List screen.
