Timesheet Workflow


Configuring the Workflow in Timesheet allows admin to setup manual and automated workflow for routing and approval.
 
  1. From the Time & Expenses, click Timesheet on the left menu. Then, click Admin on the button bar. Click Workflow on the button bar of the Admin menu.
  2. From here, admin can see the current worklow routing associated with each user. Click the checkbox on the desired user and click Setup.

  3. The next popup window allows you to modify the workflow settings. Select the appropriate routing. Automated routing does not give the user a choice of whom to submit their timesheet, as it will automatically send. If choosing one, two or three person automated routing, choose the desired routing order. Select whether to have the users notified if the timesheet is approved, rejected, or submited.



  4. When finished click Save and Continue to go to the next Admin screen. Alternativly, click Save to save configuration and go back to the Timesheet List screen.
