Creating Web Timesheets


 
  1. To create a new timesheet, click on New Timesheet button on the button bar
    within T&E.
  2. The default time period will be shown, to change this, select from the Period Starting dropdown box the period you wish to log time.

  3. Select the Account/Project you wish to log time for from the drop-down menu. This will display the list of Account/Projects, which admin has given you access.
  4. Select the corresponding item from the Service Item drop-down menu.
  5. Repeat for multiple Service Items on subsequent lines.
  6. Enter the number of hours you worked. Totals will be calculated automatically.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your timesheet so that you can complete it at a later time.


  8. This allows you to enter your time at the end of each day for your convenience.
  9. To return to your saved timesheet, from the Timesheet List screen, click the icon under Details to the left of the timesheet entry. The Status column will show you whether the sheet has been saved, submitted, etc.
