Archive Web Time & Expenses


 
  1. This feature allows you to save space by moving approved time and expense sheets to your archives.
  2. From the Timesheet List or Expense List screen, check the box next to the item to select the files you wish to archive.
  3. Click Archive at the bottom of the list.

  4. To access archived sheets, click Archive on the button bar within T&E.

  5. Click the hyperlink on the Status column of the item you wish to view. Alernatively, you can click the Edit/View icon under the Action column.

  6. If you wish to restore the item, check the box next to the item to select the files you wish to restore.

  7. To return to the main screen, click back on either Timesheet List or Expense List on the button bar within T&E.
