General & Custom Reports

There are a variety of specifically tailored reports for management's
diverse needs. |

Log in to OfficeClip.

Click on Web Timesheet & Expenses from the toolbar.

To create a report, click Reports on the button bar
within the chosen application, may it be Timesheet or Expenses.

- Click the desired link to create a General or Custom Report.

Click General Reports for Project Profitability Reports, as well as
miscellaneous details including Customer Lists, Customer Rates, Comment
Displays, and Web Timesheet Service Items.

Click Custom Reports to create Corporate Expense and Employee
Profitability Reports, which are customized to specific needs.

Note: The Submission Status Report is a useful Web Timesheet Management Report.
This is a useful tool for management to automatically track users with
unsubmitted timesheets. Admin can then, with the click of a button, send the user an email
stating the need to submit a sheet.

- Simply select the date range from
the dropdown menu and press Submit. From here, management can select users
to send the warning email. Click Email to send an email to checked users.
