Individual Timesheet & Expense Reports


Admin can view individual's timesheet or expense sheet for a specified period.
 
  1. Log in to OfficeClip.

  2. Click on Web Timesheet & Expenses from the toolbar.
  3. To create a report, click Reports on the button bar within the chosen application, may it be Timesheet or Expenses.


  4. Click either Individual Web Timesheet Report or Individual Expense Report.



  5. Select the date range and the user's sheet you would like to view.Click Continue.



  6. Select the appropriate timesheet by clicking the eye icon under the Select column to the right.



  7. The Report Preview window will show the individual's report.



  8. Reports can also be viewed in other formats such as Management and Custom Reports.
