Attention- OfficeClip Introduces Version 6.9.8 with Brand New Account Manager, Encompassing Business Opportunities

 

Atlanta – October 5, 2005 OfficeClip announces enhanced version 6.9.8.  With the intricacy of today’s business, our developers realized that a true Account Manager would foster wide-ranging needs centered on client accounts.  These innovations, as well Issue Tracker enhancements, augment our customers’ efficiency. 

 

Specifically, 6.9.8 offers a completely new application called Account Manager, which assists organizations with their accounts (clients).  With their list of accounts, users can create, organize, report, and filter accounts and opportunities.  Accounts are automatically integrated with Time and Expense client accounts and can be tied to specific contacts in Contact Manager.

 

According to Dele Olowoyo, Project Manager at OfficeClip, “The Account Manager and Opportunity applications are a great addition to our line of products.  These new products not only give our customers more flexibility of the use of OfficeClip, they also increase the capabilities of our current products, such as the Time and Expense, Issue Tracker, Task Manager, Contact Manager, and Group Calendar.”

 

Issue Tracker, has the addition of color-coding and style-coding, thus cases are more readily organized.  A new feature called Email Capture enables users to automatically capture cases into the system from emails.  In this way, users can bi-step the need to log manually each new issue received via email.
