7.2.2. Accepting RSVP's

By accepting an RSVP, you let the creator of the event know if you will be attending, which then allows the event to be entered in your own calendar so that you can see it.

  1. Click on the Alert icon on the toolbar frame.

  2. Checkmark the item and click on Accept button for the particular message you want to accept in the list of alerts.

  3. Set your appropriate status for the RSVP and click Set.

  4. The icon within Calendar will now show the added RSVP.

[Tip] Tip

The RSVP icon can be clicked from any calendar view to see the status of all RSVP's
