To keep track of Leads and Contacts, OfficeClip provides a mechanism for creating a daily call list. In order to guarantee all contacts are contacted equally, the sales department would regularly review the call list and either take action themselves or reassign the list to someone else.
Follow these steps to create a new Daily Call List:
From the Contact List screen click
on the icon
to go to the
Contact Summary screen
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the section for Daily Call List
Click on ; the Call List Setup screen comes up
You can either select weekly schedule or enter up to three fixed dates
Click on
The call list will be shown on the Contact Summary screen.
To use the Daily Call List click, on the icon
on the main
Contact Manager list screen. This
screen allows you to see the call list for each day and record
actions associated with it. The following actions are possible:
