Administrators can further manage their organizations' documents by clicking on the button bar within .
Documents can be attached to applications such as Bulletin Board, Timesheet, Expenses, Calendar etc. These are managed by OfficeClip's Document Management, but do not appear in the document management folder structure. However, application documents can be managed from a central location.
Click on the main Document screen. Click .
The documents associated with each application appear under each application name. If no documents are listed, users have not attached documents in other applications, such as Contact Manager.
To remove a document, select the checkbox next to the document name and click the button.
Click to return to the main Documents view screen.
