13.4.7. Allocating Projects to Users

When users are allocated to multiple projects, timesheets can be configured appropriately for the respective users.

  1. To allocate projects to users (or users to projects), click Projects on the toolbar, and select Admin from the menu

  2. The Allocate Project link allows you to allocate one or more projects to the selected user. When you select a user, all the projects are listed down. You can choose one or more projects and click Save to allocate them to the user.

  3. The Allocate User link allows you to allocate one or more users to the selected project. When you select a project, all the users are listed down. You can choose one or more users and click Save to allocate them to the project.

[Note] Note

To allocate all projects/users,selectthe Check All Boxesoption. If you do not want to allocate any projects/users, select the Clear All Boxesoption.
