Extranet offers its users many features and benefits, including:
Issue Tracker: Help Desk - It allows issue reporting via web forms. Issue Tracker features are offered as two basic types: Public and Secure.
The Public Feature allows the general public to create new issues for a particular binder and view the current status of the issue by clicking on the link that is emailed to them. This is useful for allowing the public to report bugs, suggest ideas, comment on company offerings or any other area of interest.
The Secure Feature allows the logged in user to view all current issues for a binder, create new issues, add notes to the issue, or change the status of the issue.
Issue Tracker: Knowledge Base - A knowledge base can be automatically created from an OfficeClip Issue Tracker binder to function like a support portal, through which customers can browse existing issues, resolutions etc. The knowledge base has the capability for full text search, automatic creation of topics and subtopics, and has a feature enabling the knowledge base article to be emailed.
Calendar - The group calendar can be exposed to the customers, partners or general users. Also, extranet users can request an appointment that can be automatically emailed to the administrators.
Expense Reports - OfficeClip reports can be shared with the customers in a secured manner.
Documents - Selected documents can be shared via Extranet.
TimesheetReports: OfficeClip Timesheet reports can be shared with customers, contractors, partners, etc. in a secured manner.
Contact Manager: Share Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities reports securely with Extranet users. Give them limited access to this information
