14.2.4. Managing Extranet Users

You can effectively manage users for the OfficeClip Extranet by modifying their information, status and/or permission.

  1. Click Extranetfrom within the Desktop.

  2. Click User List on the button bar. The User List allows administrators to edit user information, change user status or change user permission.

  3. To edit a user, click on the user name. A screen similar to that of the new user will be presented. To change the status of the user, select the status from the drop down menu at the top, select the user checkbox and click on Go. This can be used to activate or deactivate the users.

  4. To change the user permission, click on the icon on the right, a new permission screen will popup. Select the checkbox for the items for which the permission should be granted and click Save.
