2.4.2. Manage Personal Preferences

The users can choose preferences for how they want the menu bar, tool bar and left bar to be displayed on their screens and can also choose their time zone. This feature is useful if an employee is traveling and needs to change the time to match the location in which he or she is working.

  1. To edit your personal preferences, click Setup on the toolbar and click Manage Personal Preferences in the section titled Personal Profile.

  2. Select your preferred time zone from the My Timezone drop-down menu.

  3. The Left Bar can be Expanded, Collapsed or Hidden by clicking the appropriate radio button.

  4. Select Visible or Hidden to set your preference for the Tool Bar.

  5. The Menu Bar can appear as either Page Menu or Popup Menu.

  6. Press Save when finished.
