24.3.2. Allocating Users

The user of an organization can be allocated to a project.

  1. Click Projects on the timesheets screen, then click Admin on the button bar.

  2. Press the Allocate User button on the button bar.

  3. Choose the Account/Project from the drop down screen. The screen displays users that can be assigned to that project.

  4. Select the users to allocate to the project by clicking the checkbox. Alternatively, you can remove users from a project by un-clicking the check box.

  5. Press Save when finished or Cancel to exit without saving.
