27.3.5. Reports

You can generate a variety of reports based on timesheets. They are described here:

27.3.5.1. General Reports

  • Individual Timesheet Report - Generates a timesheet report for a given time period. The user can select the details to be included in the report.

  • Timesheet Submission Status - Generates a timesheet submission status report.

  • Time Tracking Reports - Contains time reports by customer, projects, and employees ordered by date range, month, and year.

  • Billing and Profitability Reports - Contains reports on billing and profitability by customer, project, and task.

  • Utilization Report - Reports on how much time the employee is utilized in terms of billable and non-billable hours.

  • Budget Reports - Reports on how much money is spent compared to the total budget of the project.

27.3.5.2. Other Reports

  • General Reports - Contains general reports developed by OfficeClip.

  • Custom Reports - Contains custom reports that are created by the OfficeClip development team.

  1. To create a report, click Reports on the button bar within the Timesheet application.

  2. Click the type of report you want to generate. In the next screen, select the dates for the report, the users you want to generate the report for and the type of file you want the report to be exported into (PDF, MS Excel, etc).

  3. Once you have made your selections, click Next to view the report within the Timesheet application (you can choose to Export from this page as well) or click Export to immediately have it exported into your chosen file type.
