Convening Meetings

Meetings can be efficiently created and managed by any OfficeClip users. The Web Group Calendar provides flexible recurrence and notification features, also with the added bonus of attaching documents and URLs to a meeting.

In addition to OfficeClip members, contact manager and address book entries, as well as external non-members can be invited to attend meetings. When a meeting is scheduled, each member receives an Invitation Email and an alert. After a meeting invitation is accepted, the meeting is displayed on the member's calendar.

A planner is also available to check the availability of every participants of the meeting.

An additional feature of the OfficeClip Web Group Calendar Software is the ability to create personal and group events. Personal events offer the privacy of only being seen by the event creator. Public group events can be seen by all group members. Events can range from holidays to company meetings and retreats. An RSVP function can be set for group events so that members can decline or accept the event invitation.
