Web Contact Manager

The following table provides an overview of several key features of OfficeClip Web Contact Manager. Web Contact Manager allows management of contacts, accounts, opportunities and campaigns.

Managing Information
Feature Description
Track Information You can associate notes, appointments, tasks, documents and issues with each contact, thereby placing all contact-related information at the user's fingertips.
User-defined fields Unlimited used-defined fields in the form of text, pick lists, numbers, currency and so on can be added to contacts.
Rearrange fields Fields on the contact lists and detail screens can be rearranged to bring information of current interest to the front.
Contact history A history of all changes made to your contacts can be viewed instantly.
Reports A set of pre-configured reports are available for quick review of the contact status. In addition, user-defined reports that allow customizable filters and fields are available.
Filters A Filter Wizard can be used to create filters for viewing subsets of your contact information.
Quick Search A Quick Search feature allows you to search for information across any or all fields.
Security and Access Control
Feature Description
Log in and Password All users are required to log in and give a password to access the Web Contact Manager.
Privileges Administrators can control privileges for certain operations (for example, the ability to delete a contact) for a particular role or user.
Member Access Control Permissions can be granted for each object (contacts, accounts, etc.). This allows the owner or administrators to manage CRUD (create, read, update and delete) permission for contact-related objects.
Managing Campaigns

Create Campaigns Allows creation of HTML, text or MS Word based campaigns.
Send Campaigns Allows bulk sending of campaigns to all contacts.
Track Campaigns Campaigns can be sent and tracked, allowing users to see who received the campaign and when it was read.
Mail Merge Interface Allows MS Word to be used for creating and managing Word based campaigns (requires MS Word and installation of an add-in on the user's computer).
Information Exchange

Import/Export Supports import and export from CSV and XML files.
Customization and Programming Interfaces
Feature Description
Web-Services Interface Allows creation of external programs that can access OfficeClip data.
