Challenge:
Cardinal Design needed a secure Internet system to communicate effectively with its employees.
They needed a system that would remove the “information systems” functions from their business.
The employees wanted to concentrate on selling cabinets and did not have the time or experience
to setup and maintain a workgroup server. We also needed a system that could be maintained
from a remote location and accessed via the Internet.
This required a fast and responsive system with relatively small bandwidth.
Accepting specialized orders and keeping track of tedious accounts required a
system that would be affordable and easy to use for employees. Likewise, minimizing errors
on specialized orders and decreasing the time of the product’s delivery, Cardinal Design would
need continuous daily contact with their different departments to
create merchandise and expense accounts control.

Solution:
OfficeClip Suite provided Cardinal Design an all-inclusive package that consists of contact manager,
email, Web Group Calendar, Web Document Sharing, bulletin board, alerts, tasks, and notes.
This suite offered by OfficeClip has enable ease of contact between managers and employees and
has afforded other departments the opportunity to harmonize orders, which prevented delay in
ordering times. In addition, OfficeClip suite has created a secure customer information system.
Cardinal Design also tracks expenses for each customer using OfficeClip.
