PM Solutions


PM Solutions uses OfficeClip as their Enterprise Intranet Solution.

Challenge:


PM Solutions wanted to implement an intranet site (aptly named the PM Virtual Network) as a communication tool for all its associates working in various client sites and corporate offices. They wanted a system that could disseminate corporate information, share and access internal documents, house a company directory, and serve as a valuable resource for their associates. One of PM Solutions' primary requirements was to also have a way to automate their weekly time reporting process for all associates.

Solution:


Working with OfficeClip, PM Solutions brought the system online in a very short span of time. An interface was designed and customized with PM Solutions' look and feel. Within a few days, accounts were created for all their associates and they could log into the system securely to get corporate information. All timesheets were also entered in OfficeClip, and then automatically submitted to their appropriate managers. Upon manager's approval, timesheets were then routed to PM Solutions' finance office and imported into their back-end accounting systems.

Benefits:


Valuable accounting time was saved as the timesheet process became automated. Also, associates could now have one place to go for all corporate information whenever they needed it.
