Upload Documents
Feature Description
Upload documents Users easily can upload documents to share.
Easy Retrieval Uploaded documents are securely stored on the server for easy retrieval.
Attachments Document attachments can be uploaded in many applications, including the Web Contact Manager and Web Group Calendar.
Bulk Upload Bulk upload can be done by copying the Windows directory folder tree to OfficeClip server.
Documents Sharing

Create Folders Folders can easily be created in order to organize documents.
Move Documents Documents can be copied or moved into different folders.
Prevent Deletion/Overwrite For safeguard, documents can be locked against accidental overwrite or deletion.
External Users Users can securely share documents with external users.
Security and Access Control
Feature Description
Password Access All users are required to use a login and password to access the application.
Control Permissions Administrators can use roles to control member permissions for creating and editing documents.
Non-Member Privileges Non-administrative users can be given restricted permission to certain documents and folders.
Customizations and Programmatic Interfaces

Profiles User profiles can be created to customize individual settings.
Site Customization Site wide customization can be done by editing xml files for interface customizations and integration with other applications
