Document attachments associated with other applications (Contact Manager, Web Timesheet and Expense, Bug & Issue Tracker, Bulletin Board, Web Group Calendar, Polls, etc.) can be managed from one place in Admin. This allows the admin to have a bird's eye view of documents and where they are being used.
