Allows public access to customer portal features. Note that all features
cannot be accessed publicly (example OfficeClip reports). |

| Secured Customer Portal |
Allows secured customer portal access. Secured access requires a login
and password for the partners to access the customer portal. OfficeClip administrators can
choose whether to make a particular feature public or secured. |
