A1. How do I print from OfficeClip?
In order to print the from OfficeClip, you may need to configure your browser: If you are using Microsoft IE:
  1. Go to File-->Print..., and select the radio button that reads "Only the Selected Frame".
  2. Next, go to the upcoming events screen, and when it loads, click in anywhere except a hyperlink on the upcoming events page on the right. This will select the frame.
  3. Click the Print button on the toolbar. The Upcoming Events page will print.
If you are using Firefox:
Go to File-->Print. Click "OK," and the page will print.
A2. Where can I go for help?
Help icons exist on most of the screens. Click on one to get context sensitive help in the area you are in. You can also send an email to the administrator of your organization for help. You can also send an email to OfficeClip, and OfficeClip support technicians will try to answer your question as soon as possible.
A3. I cannot see all the colors properly in OfficeClip.
We have seen this happening in some low level browsers. If it happens go to your browser preferences, select color and uncheck the box which says "Always use my colors, overriding documents"
