How do I export from an Outlook Calendar? |
|
Unfortunately MS Outlook does not provide a method to export vcs files.
They allow them to be Imported, but not exported. However, you can still
export to a csv file from Outlook.
- Click File, then Import and Export.
- From the list, select "Export to a File"
- Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)
-
It will prompt you which folder to save; select
"Calendar"
-
It will then ask you where to save; if you wish, select
the default and make a note of where it saves the file.
-
To import the csv into OfficeClip, click "calendar" on the
left-hand side, and then "Sync"
-
Use the radio button under "Import" to select "Comma
Separated Values" files.
- Click "Continue"
-
Click the "Browse" button to point to the path to which you
exported the file from Outlook
- Select the "Remind Me mode, and click "Import"
You can also use the OfficeClip Offline application to directly
synchronize between OfficeClip and Microsoft Outlook.

How do I get another member to schedule appointments for me? |
|
Go to the Calendar application and click "Proxy".
This will allow you to select a member (or members) that will be able to create
events for you. You can also determine whether or not they have read-only access
(in which case they can view your calendar, but not add or edit events on it).
