A binder is a logical grouping of a number of issues in a particular domain. For example,
an organization can create a binder to track sales issues (for marketing), another binder to track
bugs (for developers) and yet another binder to track Candidates (for HR). Note that these binders can
have their permission, options and user-defined fields set independently.
A2.
I am looking for a particular issue. How do I find it in the Tracker?
You can do it in few ways:
Type the issue number on the search box and press "Search".
Click on Create a New Filter. Go to the Advanced Filter,
Search Text for Case ID. You can also search for a part of the
case number (e.g. you can type 'SD' when you are looking for 'SD0234'
so that you can see all cases that start with 'SD').
A3.
How do I delete binders?
To safeguard against accidental deletion, OfficeClip allows binder deletion only after they are archived.
To delete a binder, do the following:
Go to the Binder list and click on the Archive icon on the same row as the binder you want to archive.
Click on "Show Archived Binder" on the main binder list screen.
