A1. Where are the files I uploaded? I cannot seem see them listed.
In order to see the files you uploaded, there are a few things to consider. First, if you have multiple organizations, make sure that you are logged in to the organization where the document is uploaded. Also, there are two folders for any given member: the organization folder and the personal folder. If you are not seeing your files in the organization folder, click "My Private Folder" and you will see them there. Another thing you could do is to do a search for the files:
  1. From the Web Document Sharing Application, click "Search"
  2. Type in a search string; Excel files will usually have an xls extension, so try "xls" (without the quotes, of course).
  3. Select "All" from the "Search in" dropdown.
  4. Click "Search"
  5. A list will be returned that lists any files with the characters you typed in.
