OfficeClip Office Portal

OfficeClip's Office Portal is the core OfficeClip suite that can be used as an intranet in the organization. It also has a suite of many intranet applications.

Tasks

• The tasks application allows members to keep track of group and personal To-Do lists and other task-based actions.
• Recurring tasks can be created to allow a repetitive action to be tracked.
• Administrators and task owners (creators) can control access to tasks.

User Manager

• User Manager enables Rolodex™ - type management of group member info.
• Members can be exported from other contact management systems such as ACT or Goldmine, and imported into User Manager (as a member) or the contact management system.
• Importing address book via User Manager automatically makes them group members.
• Members can be exported and imported using several different industry-standard formats.
• Member business and home information (including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses) are stored for easy vieing and retrieval.

Address Book

• Group address book allow members to share contacts (sales leads, customers, vendors etc.) within the group.
• Address book lists can be either personal or group-based
• Address book provides a similar interface to the User Manager application
• Multiple imports make creating a group or address book simple.

Synchronize with Microsoft Outlook

• Synchronize group list and address book with outlook with the push of a button.
• Separate folders are created for user list and address book.
• Supports group list and address book for multiple groups or organization.

Photos

• Easily upload and share photos.
• Photos can be organized into "Albums" for easy reference.
• Thumbnail and list views are available for locating a particular photo in a hurry.
• Photo albums are great for documenting Office Parties, Team-building exercises, and other group functions.

Bulletin Board

• The group Bulletin Board allows for interactive discussions on a particular topic
• Group administrators have secure control over Bulletin Board forums, Topics, and member replies.
• The Bulletin Board is great for input from group members.
• Members can view bulletin board forums of all groups to which they belong on a single screen

Email

• OfficeClip Email client allows multiple POP3 accounts to be managed from one central location
• Users can send/receive email from OfficeClip the Email client

Home Page

• The OfficeClip Home Page is the main entry point for OfficeClip applications
• The Home Page offers many "portlets," which are smaller sub-applications
• Polling, Announcements, Group and Personal Bookmarks are all managed from the Home Page

Polls

• Polling allows enterprise-wide interactive issue resolution
• Group polls can be conducted via Home Page portlet
• Polls can be customized to allow single or multiple answers
• Individual polls can be set to automatically close at a certain date/time, or can be closed manually by an administrator.

Announcements

• Announcements help to keep a group up-to-date on the latest "need to know" information.
• Announcements are accessed via a Home Page portlet.
• An easy-to-use HTML formatting control panel allows an admin to create colorful announcements that stand out
