Each OfficeClip user must acquire a user license (UL) which is attached to a unique email address for the user. A user can utilize this license to connect to the OfficeClip server from any location. If a user is deactivated from OfficeClip, it frees the license to be used by someone else.

Additional Services

Due to varying needs of our users, we have created a flexible support and upgrade program. OfficeClip provides at least four significant releases each year. Minor releases are done approximately once every two weeks.

OfficeClip's Office Portal is the core OfficeClip suite that can be used as an intranet in the organization. It also has a suite of many intranet applications. Office Portal is a member of the OfficeClip Team Collaboration Suite and it is available free of cost.

Free Version

Ideal for individuals and small teams that wants get introduced to the OfficeClip collaboration suite by implementing it risk free. Also useful if you want to run a test OfficeClip environment along with your production OfficeClip system. There is no commitment to buy and these licenses are free forever to use. At any time this version can be upgraded to a supported version without losing any operational data.

Supported Version

First Year Support Priority e-mail support is provided via email for Professional and Unlimited Edition. Free

Free Team Edition Support Email Support (non-priority) will be provided. Free
Reporting bugs and enhancements Allows reporting bugs in OfficeClip and enhancement requests via webform. Free
Phone Support (Optional) Support fee for 5 incidents. $99 per incident.
Installation Fee (Optional) Installation will be done remotely and only be charged on successful installation. $99.
Training (Optional) 4 hours of live on-line training for up to 10 people. $325.
Consulting and System Integration Customization of the look, feel, and functionality of the product, new software additions to the Premium Suite, report creation, etc. $50 - $75/hour.
