We Recommend Starting as an Administrator

To help illustrate experiences of various OfficeClip Users, the Demo allows you to login as various roles to an organization. We recommend starting as an Administrator, so that you can fully experience all OfficeClip features without any restrictions.

Login as Site Administrator

The "Pat Admin" account will provide you with full access to administrative features available in OfficeClip. We also suggest you start by selecting the 'Setup Tab' in the main OfficeClip Menu. Here, you will see features that will assist Administrators in managing OfficeClip and their Users.

Additional OfficeClip Roles

Click on one of the links below to login as a role other than Administrator. The levels of restrictions each of these following roles has will enable you to see the flexiblity as well as the security within the software.

Login as Senior Manager

The "Melanie Manager" role has been provided more permissions than the other Standard Users which include access to reports and approving certain processes.

Login as Manager

The "Richard Manager" role highlights OfficeClip's ability to distinguish users by giving permissions to see certain data or even edit or delete information.

Login as Assistant

The "Carina Employee" account helps to illustrate how OfficeClip restricts access(e.g. read only access) to users. This provides security for management and simplicity for its employees.

Login as Contractor

The "William Contractor" user represents a consultant or contractor who performs technical work the comapny's clients. He uses OfficeClip to check on support issues that have been assigned to him and to enter the time of the work.
