OfficeClip Suite is a collection of about 15 powerful web-based applications. The suite provides a simple and efficient means for team collaboration in an organization. OfficeClip can be licensed in two ways. It can be downloaded and installed on your own server or it can be used online from the OfficeClip website on a pay-per-month basis.

OfficeClip Suite can be downloaded and installed behind an organization's firewall. This provides complete control over the installation, backup and security. Various levels of configuration enables OfficeClip to be tuned to the exact need of the organization. Applications can be licensed as part of the complete OfficeClip Suite or on an individual product basis.

Each OfficeClip user must acquire a user license (UL) which is attached to a unique email address for the user. A user can utilize this license to connect to the OfficeClip server from any location. If a user is deactivated from OfficeClip, it frees the license to be used by someone else.

Use OfficeClip Hosted

OfficeClip Hosted allows the Suite to be accessed from OfficeClip's website without installing the software on your computer. With password protected access, all features available in the OfficeClip Suite are available online. The online version does not however provide all the configurability options as in the downloaded version. OfficeClip Hosted users pays a per user, per month fee.
