OfficeClip Applications

Manage Hosting allows you to have the installable and secured version of OfficeClip not have to manage it. We do all the management chores for you for a low per month fee. You can choose to install OfficeClip on a shared hosted server or a dedicated server (in-house or at a service provider site).

Services provided in this plan

• Installation and Upgrades - We will install the software, upgrades and all necessary patches. Software upgrade will be done once every 3 or 4 months (depending on the release schedule)
• Priority Support - Free Priority Email Support will be provided. Also free phone support will be provided in case of site failure or emergency.
• File Backups - All files that are uploaded to OfficeClip will be backed up every day and will be rotated weekly.
• Database Backups - Incremental backups will be done every 30 minutes and full backups every day. Backups will be rotated weekly. Please note that the database backups will not be possible if you are using a shared hosting provider. Our recommended shared hosting provider takes database backup every day and may charge an additional fee for restore.
• Domain and SSL - We will assist in setting up a domain name and SSL certificate for your site. You will however be responsible for the cost and renewal of the domain and the SSL certificate.
• Server Migration - We will support moving OfficeClip software to another server or another machine once every 12 months of service.
• Customization - We will assist in making site dependent customization to your site. You will however be responsible for all customization fees.

Notes:

• Our fees does not cover the software license cost. You will still need to buy the installable version of OfficeClip and maintain the software upgrade contract every month.
• You will be responsible for purchasing your server, domain and SSL certificate (if needed).
• OfficeClip cannot provide guarantee for lost data, slow response time or server availability even though OfficeClip will make every attempt provide interrupt free service.
• All other software installed on the server will need to be approved by OfficeClip to make sure that there is no interference with the workings of the OfficeClip software.
• OfficeClip will only do management of its own software on your server.
• Telephone support will be provided during emergency, all other support will be done via email.
• Full access to the server should be provided to OfficeClip. For shared server we will need the control panel access, for dedicated server we will need Remote Desktop access or logmein free access.
