OfficeClip suite consists of five main application areas:

• Web Contact Manager - Web-based tracking of Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities by associating them with related entities.
• Web Bug & Issue Tracker - It is a configurable web-based tool for tracking incidents, bugs, sales issues, trouble tickets etc.
• Web Timesheet & Expense Report - OfficeClip Web Timesheet & Expense Reports can be used to record employee and contractor time and expenses.
• Web Group Calendar - Allows tracking of meetings, private and group events for the entire organization.
• Web Document Sharing - Allows upload, access and management of documents via web.

These applications are available as the full-featured version of any application (Professional Edition) or all OfficeClip applications (Premium Edition). Users can alternatively opt for an online package (Hosted Edition) that requires no installation.

Follow these instruction for your various purchase needs:

• 2 - 99 users - Follow the link below to create a purchase order or buy online using your credit card.

Buy Online / Create Purchase Order

Hosted edition can be purchased directly within or after the evaluation period. Follow these steps:

• Click on the Sign In button (at the top of this page) and register a new account (you will get an evaluation for 25 users and 30 days)
• During the evaluation period (or after the evaluation is over), login to your account and click on Setup - Request New License.
• Follow on screen instructions to pay by credit card or create a purchase order.

Additional Services

Due to varying needs of our users, we have created a flexible support and upgrade program. OfficeClip provides at least four significant releases each year. Minor releases are done approximately once in two weeks.
