Users can choose from the full-featured version (Professional Edition), a part of a complete OfficeClip suite (Premium Edition) or an online package (Hosted Edition).

How to Buy

Follow these instruction for your various purchase needs:

Professional and Premium Edition

  • 2 - 99 users - Follow the link below to create a purchase order or buy online using your credit card.
  • 100 - 199 users - Please contact OfficeClip (follow the link "Contact Us" at the top of this page) and request a quote for additional discounts.
  • 200+ users - OfficeClip is pleased to offer you a discounted price for site license for unlimited users. Please contact OfficeClip (follow the link "Contact Us" at the top of this page) and request a quote.

Buy Online / Create Purchase Order

Hosted Edition

Hosted edition can be purchased directly within or after the evaluation period. Follow these steps:

  • Click on the Sign In button (at the top of this page) and register a new account (you will get an evaluation for 25 users and 30 days)
  • During the evaluation period (or after the evaluation is over), login to your account and click on Setup - Request New License.
  • Follow on screen instructions to pay by credit card or create a purchase order.

Additional Services

Due to varying needs of our users, we have created a flexible support and upgrade program. OfficeClip provides at least four significant releases each year. Minor releases are done approximately once in two weeks.

Service Description Retail Price
First Year Support Priority support is provided via email. Premium, Professional and Hosted edition is free.
Support after the first year (Optional) Priority support is provided via email. Hosted edition support is free. Premium and Professional Edition support costs 20% of the license fee or $99 (whichever is more).
Reporting bugs and enhancements Allows reporting bugs in OfficeClip and enhancement requests via webform. Free
Phone Support (Optional) Per incident phone support fee. Note that one (1) free incident is provided per year for supported version installation. $29.95 per incident.
Installation Fee (Optional) Installation will be done remotely and only be charged on successful installation. $145.
Training (Optional) 4 hours of live on-line training for up to 10 people. $325.
Consulting and System Integration Customization of the look, feel, and functionality of the product, new software additions to the Premium Suite, report creation, etc. $75/hour.
Evaluation Period Support Email Support (non-priority) will be provided for the first 30-days of evaluation for Premium, Professional and Hosted Edition. Free
