Managing Issues
Feature	Description
Tracking Issues	Issues can be color-coded and style-coded for effective tracking. Unlimited issues can be created per organization and per binder.
Flexibility in content	Case content is highly flexible as new cases can be entered with as much or as little detail as needed.
Bug tracking template	Pre - Defined Bug tracking template enables easy tracking and management of bugs.
Document Attachment	Allows documents to be attached with the issues.
Issue Notes	Allows users to attach and track notes with each issue.
Binder Based Tracking	Separate binders can be created to track software bugs, sales, new-hire candidates, or any other project-based items - a great application for service industry.
Reports	A set of preconfigured reports are available for quick view of the contact status. In addition user-defined reports are available that allows customizable filters and fields.
Filters	A filter wizard helps creation of filters that can be used to view a subset of contact information.
Sort Data	Issue lists can be sorted by any available fields (case id, date created or modified, etc.)
Quick Search	A quick search feature allows searching information across all (or some) fields.

Hierarchical Organization
Feature	Description
Binders	Each organization can have an unlimited number of binders.
Issues	Binders contain a list of issues that are entered by the users.
Fields	Each issue contains a number of pre-defined fields, as well as a facility to attach documents.
Restrictions on Data Access	Administrators can restrict data entry at the field level and application level.

Customer Portal Data Entry
Feature	Description
Email enabled	Issues can be captured via email.
Case Entry Form	A issue entry form can be generated to provide a CRM solution for the organization.
Access to non-members	Non-members securely input data into the project without seeing existing data.
Privileges to Non-member	Non-members have the option of tracking the issues they have entered via web.
