An easy to use setup wizard will guide group administrators through the creation of a new project. Admin configure and/or rename common fixed and user defined fields for projects. Email rules are set based on creating, editing and solving cases. Administrators can use the pre-configured templates, or customize according to the organization's needs. Previous projects can conveniently be cloned for future fields and structure.
