Custom Fields Setup Screen

User-defined fields allow further customization of the Tracker. By allowing unlimited input fields, it can be configured to handle the smallest detail of project cases. The following field types can be configured for each project:

• List - a dropdown list that contains the items entered by the admin. List order and default selected can also be defined in a list field
• User - a dropdown list that contains a group member's name (i.e., can be used for an "Assigned To" field
• Date - a field that is validated upon submission to be of a correct date format
• Text - a text field of up to 30 characters in length
• Email - a field that is validated upon submission to be a correctly-formatted email address
• Number - a field that is validated upon submission to be a number
• Decimal - a field that is validated upon submission to be a decimal type
• Boolean - a Yes/No field
