	OCVCalendar(TimeZoneInfo)	The default constructor.
	OCVCalendar(ArrayList, TimeZoneInfo)	Constructor that creates the object with the list of events.
	OCVCalendar(HttpPostedFile, TimeZoneInfo)	Reads the calendar into EventInfo structure. Can only read one calendar currently
