                  Sometimes it is useful to have a template from which you can create more binders. Go to the Issue Tracker application and click on New BinderSelect Copy specification from existing binder and then select a binder.Give a Name and click on Create. This will create your master binderGo inside this binder administration and make all changes that you need (i,e, in custom fields, list values etc.)Now go inside this binder and click on Import/Export and select export to Xml. This will be your master Xml fileIn the future when you want to make a new binder you can go to New Binder (as in step 1) and select Import from ocXml and specify the master fileNow you can remove the master binder that you created in step 3 above
